It's better to give than to receive.
The proverbs dictate that to much is given, much is expected in return. Basic humanity, regardless of religious background or ideology would suggest likewise.
Across this country and the world abroad, there are shattered lives in need of repair. The term "charity" is often abused and taken in the wrong connotation but I'd like to apply it in terms that can help others without motives other than helping others.
We're all living in this world together. Instead of tearing each other, we can all do our parts. This isn't a sermon, but simply my intentions in how I hope to manifest some of the profits from the release of my book(s) towards funding a habitat for sexually abused children; there are far too many broken children who need a shelter.
My greatest wish is the eradication of children being exploited sexually, physically and in any other connotation. More can be done to protect them from predators who would seek to take advantage of their innocence. Hopefully, I will soon be in a position to develop a sanctuary for those that haven been abused.
Until that foreseeable future, I will be updating this page with sites that are currently working towards this goal. The cries of our children will not have been shed in vain. This proposed habitat will also function as a refuge for single mothers; providing day care for their young as they continue with their education and job.
